 Both excellent for cooking with and can be eaten straight from the jar.

Honey&Chilli - Add to taste with stews.

Honey&Garlic - Saute some mushrooms, then add to taste towards the end of their cooking time.  
- Spread on toast, for a low fat garlic bread.
- Glaze meat.
- Glaze vegetables.
